The roof material fire reactivity test device is developed based on the GB/T 30735-2014 "Test Method for External Fire Reaction of Roofs and Roof Covering Products". This test method mainly refers to the t1 test method in ENV 1187 and ISO 12468-1.

Introduction:

The roof material fire reactivity test device is developed based on the GB/T 30735-2014 "Test Method for External Fire Reaction of Roofs and Roof Covering Products". 

This test method mainly refers to the t1 test method in ENV 1187 and ISO 12468-1. 

This method specifies three test methods under fire conditions. 

Method A corresponds to t1 in ENV 1187, and methods B and C correspond to ISO 12468-1. Simulate the state of the external fire response of the roof and roof covering products under the regulation of wind blowing, thermal radiation, and other factors.


Features:

The test specimen holder structure is made of metal square tubes welded and angle steel;

The testing angle of the test specimen holder can be adjusted using pneumatic adjustment method, and users only need to operate with buttons, making it convenient for users to use;

The adjustable range of the testing bracket angle is 0-50 degrees, which meets the testing requirements of ISO 12468 method A and ENV 1187 t1 for a maximum tilt height of 45 degrees for the specimen;

The material of the air duct is SUS304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 2 mm. A fine honeycomb grille is installed in the upper air duct, and a coarse honeycomb grille is installed at the outlet;

The specifications of the fan are: the maximum wind speed of the fan is 250 cubic meters/min, and the motor power of the fan is 5.5KW;

Fan variable frequency regulation device: 3-phase 380V, power 5.5KW;

The air duct adopts a ball screw and is driven by a servo motor, which can automatically adjust the angle;

The adjustable angle range of the air duct is 0-35 degrees, meeting the requirements of methods B and C in ISO 12468;

Equipped with three impeller anemometers with an accuracy of 0.1m/s;

The radiation surface size of the radiation plate is 600mmx600mm;

Provide a small stainless steel tube burner that can be used for particle combustion testing;

1 set of wooden stack fire gas combustion device;

Provide 2 sets of video monitoring devices;

Equipped with computer and printer devices, as well as standard testing software.
