Our ZJA Series Oil Purifier is professional for treatment of transformer oil, it can efficiently remove water, gases, acid, particles, etc. from the oil.
It is suitable for the treatment of new oil and used oil, especially for 500KV, 750KV, 1000KV AC power grid, as well as ±660KV, ±800KV, ±1000KV DC power grid UHV large-scale transmission and the national main transformer grid.
It is also used for vacuum oil filling and drying of transformers, which can shorten the oil treatment period of transformer installation and maintenance.

This machine is specially designed for ultra-high transformer oil, and is suitable for the purification of insulating oil in the production, installation and maintenance of ultra-high voltage transformers above 500KV.
It has a two-stage booster vacuum system with high pumping speed and a multi-stage vacuum desorption separation system, which can quickly remove water, gas, polar substances and other degraded substances from the oil.
The unique straight and slow surface vacuum atomization distribution technology, the inner and outer double-film evaporation structure of the inner-filled Raschig ring pull, and the 6-stage inclined hole revolving three-dimensional flash dehydration and degassing technology are adopted, and the oil in the system is maximized. Therefore, the moisture and gas in the oil can obtain sufficient vaporization time to achieve the best dehydration and degassing effect. It can quickly and effectively remove the moisture and gas in the insulating oil, improve the withstand voltage of the insulating oil to more than 80KV, and the moisture content is less than 3PPM.

It adopts multi-stage high β value and high pollution-holding composite progressive filtration system, line-surface coupled filter element seal, dirty/clean isolation partition, and reasonable fluid pressure relief filtration design (to avoid local high pressure and mass phenomenon), and the use of polar The electrostatic adsorption filter material allows the negative charge carriers that are not easy to be removed to be adsorbed with the positive charge to achieve charge balance, thereby removing impurities, and can effectively filter the fine particles of mechanical impurities in the oil.
