Introduction:

TheNF P 92-504 Speed of Spread of Flame Test Device, in accordance with NF P 92-504, is used to determine the reaction to fire behavior and speed of spread of flame for flexible and rigid building materials when exposed to a defined flame.

The NF P 92-504 test is applied to classify the material from M0 to M4 of the French building materials.
